福辛普利对原发性高血压患者心率变异性的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨福辛普利对原发性高血压患者心率变异性的影响。方法 以50例健康查体者24h动态心电图作为正常对照,比较60例原发性高血压患者服福辛普利前后24h动态心电图,分析心率时域指标。结果 原发性高血压组用药前时域相邻正常RR间期标准差(SDNN)、RR间期平均值的标准差(SDANN)显著低于正常对照纽,经福辛普利治疗后SDNN、SDANN较治疗前有改善(P<0.01),但与正常对照组比较差异仍有显著性(P<0.05)。3级原发性高血压患者SDNN,SDANN与2级原发性高血压患者比较,显示自主神经功能损害与病情呈正相关。各级原发性高血压患者经福辛普利治疗后心率变异损害均有改善,血压有效下降。结论福辛普利在降压的同时,可改善原发性高血压患者的心率变异性。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of fosinopril on heart rate variability (HRV) in essential hypertension.Methods 24 h ambulatory echocardiographic examination was conducted for the analysis of heart rate time-domain before and after 60 cases of essential hypertension received fosinopril treatment,meanwhile 50 healthy subjects were chosen as controls.Results The standard deviation of normal-to-normal intervals (SDNN) and standard deviation of the mean RR intervals (SDANN) of essential hypertensive patients were significantly lower than that of control group before treatment,which were improved after treatment with fosinopril (P<0.01),with significant difference as compared with control group (P<0.05).The comparison of SDNN and SDANN of 3-grade hypertension with that of 2-grade hypertension showed that autonomic nerve function damage was positively correlated with hypertensive grade.After treatment with fosionpril,HRV damage was remarkably improved and blood pressure was effectively decreased.Conclusion Fosionpril can improve significantly heart rate variability in essential hypertension as well as lower blood pressure.
