脉冲电磁场对大鼠腺垂体及其靶腺功能的影响

摘    要:目的观察脉冲电磁场(PEMF)对大鼠腺垂体及其靶腺功能的影响,探讨PEMF对大鼠内分泌系统损伤的特点及机制,为制定相关防护措施提供依据。方法SD雄性大鼠48只,按体质量随机分为8组,辐照组和平行对照组各4组,每组6只。辐照组大鼠以PEMF(200kV/m、200次脉冲)辐照。并于照后12、24、48和96h分别采血,采用放射免疫法测定血清中腺垂体及其靶腺分泌激素水平。结果大鼠腺垂体及其靶腺分泌激素在辐照后有明显变化,血清皮质醇、催乳素、睾酮以及黄体生成素的上升峰值在照后不同时间(12~96h)分别较相应对照组增加了119.1%、43.9%、264.7%及44.3%(P〈0.05或0〈0.01),而生长激素、T4、T3及TSH的下降最低点分剐较相应对照组减少了67.8%、43.5%、16.9%和35.6%(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论PEMF使大鼠血清激素水平发生时相性变化;提示PEMF可能引起大鼠应激反应的发生及内分泌器官的损伤。
