| 摘 要： | 目的：分析观察中西医结合治疗老年艾滋病患者的临床效果。方法：对我院2010年6月-2012年6月收治的60例老年艾滋病患者，进行回顾性分析，并将其分为观察组和对照组，且每组都有30例患者，试验组老年艾滋病患者采用中西医结合治疗的方法，对照组老年艾滋病患者采用常规西医治疗方法进行治疗。结果：在两组患者对比分析之后，试验组患者中的中医证候积分减少、患者平均体重增加、患者的CD4细胞上升，不良反应消失，试验组老年艾滋病患者临床效果高于观察组，两者之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗前后，试验组老年艾滋病患者的临床症状得到明显改善，在临床中采用中西医结合治疗老年艾滋病，能有效促进患者疾病的康复，可以提高疾病治疗效果，具有很好的临床效果，值得在实际中推广。

Clinical observation on treating AIDS in elderly in the integrative medicine |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe clinical effects of the integrative medicine on treating AIDS in elderly. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the test group was given the integrative medicine, the control group was given routine western medicine. Results： TCM syndrome in test group decreased, average weight and CD4 cell in patients increased, adverse reactions was disappeared, clinical effect in the test group was higher, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine can obviously improve clinical symptoms, effectively promote the rehabilitation of the disease, improve clinical effects, is worthy of clinical promotion. |
