针灸对不同损伤程度面神经炎患者治疗

目的：分析与探讨针灸对于不同损伤程度面神经炎患者的治疗方案与效果。方法：择取我院住院部收治的50例面神经炎患者作为研究对象。根据损伤程度分为两组：完全损伤组（25例），不完全损伤组（25例）。两组均以常规药物配合针灸方式干预。分析治疗效果。结果：不完全损伤组患者治疗总有效率为92.00%，明显高于完全损伤组的72.00%，数据对比具有显著差异（P〈0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：针灸疗法是治疗面神经炎的重要措施，损伤程度较轻患者的治疗效果更佳，可将其与中药配合，作为临床干预基础用药方案。

Treating facial neuritis in acupuncture

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture on treating facial neuritis. Methods：50 patients were randomly divided into two groups：complete injury group （25 cases）, incomplete injury group （25 cases）. Two groups were treated with conventional medicine plus acupuncture intervention. Results：The total efficiency in incomplete injury group was 92.00%, higher than 72%in complete injury group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Acupuncture is an important therapy for facial neuritis, less damage with better clinical effects, also it can be applied with TCM medicine.
