心血管疾病合并焦虑症状的中西医治疗研究

目的：对心血管疾病合并焦虑症状的中西医治疗疗效进行探讨，以期为该病症的临床治疗提供依据。方法：选取2012年4月-2013年5月在我院治疗的心血管疾病合并焦虑症患者60例，随机分成人数均等的三组，分别为治疗组、中药组和西药组。三组患者治疗疗程均为4周，观察三组患者康复效果，并对中西医治疗疗效进行判定。结果：治疗组、中药组、西药组有效率分别为100%、60%、70%，治疗组与中药组、西药组进行对比，P〈0.05，差异有显著性，具有统计学意义。结论：中西医结合治疗心血管疾病合并焦虑症具有较好的疗效，应在临床治疗中推广应用。

Treating cardiovascular disease and anxiety symptoms inTCM

Objective： TCM therapy for cardiovascular disease and anxiety symptoms were discussed in order to provide the basis for the clinical treatment of disease. Methods： 60 cases of cardiovascular disease in patients with anxiety disorders treated in our hospital were randomly divided into three groups： treatment group, TCM group and western medicine group. Three groups of patients were treated for four weeks. Results： In the treatment group, TCM group, western medicine group efficacy was 100%, 60%, 70%, respectively, for comparison,P〈0.05, with significant difference. Conclusion： The combination therapy of cardiovascular diseases has good effects on anxiety disorders, should promote the application in clinical treatment.
