中西医结合治疗69例心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭疗效分析

目的：探析临床面对慢性心力衰竭心肾阳虚型患者时，给予其实施中西医结合治疗后的临床效果。方法：择取我院在近4年内收治的69例慢性心力衰竭心肾阳虚型患者组成A组，并对其实施中西医结合治疗；另择取我院同期收治的70例同种疾病患者组成B组，该组患者仅单纯的实施西药治疗。对比两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果：经过治疗后，A、B两组患者的各项心功能指标较治疗前均有了明显的改善（P〈0.05）。组间比较，A组的改善幅度优于 B 组（P〈0.05）。A、B两组患者的临床治疗有效率分别为92.75%、67.14%，两组对比，A组明显高于B组（P〈0.05）。结论：临床在面对慢性心力衰竭心肾阳虚型患者时，给予其实施中西医结合治疗对于提高临床治疗效果、改善患者预后具有重要意义，应广泛推广应用。

A clinical analysis of treating69 cases of chronic heart failure in the integrative medicine

Objective： To explore clinical effects of the integrative medicine on treating chronic heart failure. Methods： 139 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the group A was given the integrative medicine, the group B was given western medicine solo. Results： The indexes of cardiac function in these two groups were obviously improved, and it in group A was better （P〈0.05）. The efficiency in group A was 92.7%, higher than 67.14% in group B （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine can enhance clinical effects and improve prognosis, is worthy of clinical promotion.
