中医及中西医结合方案治疗150例IGA肾病疗效分析

目的：探讨中医及中西医结合方案治疗150例IGA肾病临床疗效。方法：选取我院收治的150例IGA肾病患者，随机分为参考组和实验组，各75例，参考组采取中医治疗，实验组采取中西医结合方案，观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果：在基线方面，两组患者经治疗，临床症状均得到有效改善，治疗前后对比，P〈0.05，差异具有统计学意义。两组间差异比较，P〉0.05，无统计学意义。在病理方面，两组患者24h尿蛋白明显降低，P〈0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：中医和中西医结合方案治疗IGA肾病均可有效改善患者临床症状，具有一定临床疗效。中西医结合方案有着较高的尿蛋白基线水平，在治疗重度IGA肾病患者时可采用中西医结合方案治疗，而中药可治疗轻症期IGA肾病患者，中西药辨证结合对治疗IGA肾病有着积极促进作用。

An effective analysis of treating150 cases of IGA nephropathy inTCM and the integrative medicine

Objective： To investigate the medicine and integrative medicine program IGA nephropathy clinical efficacy of 150 cases treated. Conclusion： Integrative medicine and the treatment of IGA nephropathy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, with some clinical efficacy. Integrative medicine program has a higher baseline levels of urinary protein in the treatment of patients with kidney disease can be severe IGA Integrative regimen, and medicine to treat mild kidney patients of IGA, dialectical combination of chinese and western medicine treatment, the treatment has a positive IGA nephropathy facilitating role.
