血清CRP、IL-6水平与急性脑梗死相关关系的研究

目的探讨CRP和IL-6与急性脑梗死不同临床类型的关系及其在急性脑梗死发生发展中的意义。方法 62例脑梗死患者分为进展型卒中32例,完全型卒中30例。正常对照组30例。入院24h内检测血清CRP与IL- 6。结果进展型卒中与完全型卒中患者血清CRP、IL-6水平均高于对照组,进展型卒中患者CRP、IL-6水平亦均高于完全型卒中患者,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0．01)。结论炎症反应与免疫反应可能参与了急性脑梗死的发生发展。而CRP、IL-6水平在不同临床类型脑梗死升高程度不同,可能与动脉粥样硬化斑块的稳定性有关。

Study of the Correlation between Levels of CRP and IL - 6 in Serum and Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To investigate the relation between CRP, IL -6 and different type of acute cerebral infarction ( ACI) , and explore the role of CRP and IL -6 in the developing process of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 62 cases with ACI were divided into progressive stroke (32cases) and complete stroke (30cases) according to clinical type. 30 healthy cases were chosen as control group. CRP and IL -6 were detected within 24 hours after attack. Results The levels of CRP and IL -6 in progressive stroke and complete stroke were higher than that of the control group and the serum levels of progressive stroke were higher than that of complete stroke. The two groups have the significant difference in the HRT's abnormity (P<0. 01). Conclusion Inflammatory reaction and immune reaction could participate in the pathogenesis of ACI. The levels of CRP and IL - 6 were related with clinical types of ACI.
