| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了医院应急作战卫勤准备工作的难点问题,指出目前医院卫勤建设中存在着:基础医院保障能力建设不足、卫勤力量机动性不强、机动卫勤力量实战性较差、医院军事医学科研成效不明显。针对问题提出了以下对策:①固本培源,强化基地卫勤力量建设;②灵活机动,合理调整卫勤分队编组;③精确管理,提高卫勤分队运转效率;④科学谋划,追求训练绩效最大化;⑤合理引导,推动适应战场的科研创新及成果转化。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the difficulties of hospital medical service preparation to meet the emergency campaign and points out that the main questions are the insufficient construction of support ability,the bad maneuverability and actual combat ability,ect.Also it puts forward the countermeasures as strengthen the ability construction,adjust organizing into groups,improve operation efficiency,promote research innovation and so on. |
