| 摘 要： | 肠上皮淋巴细胞（iIEL）定位于消化道黏膜上皮细胞间，与肠上皮细胞紧密接触并相互作用，介导黏膜局部免疫防御和维持肠黏膜组织稳定性。iIEL通过其细胞毒活性及所分泌的细胞因子调节肠上皮细胞的凋亡及再生，在炎症性肠病的发生及发展中起一定作用。

| Abstract: | Intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes, which reside between the basolateral faces of adjacent intesti-nal epithelial cells, are intimately associated with intestinal epithelial ceils and paly an important role in muco-sal immune defence as well as in the maitaince the stability of the intestinal mucosa, ilELs regulate the apopto-sis and regeneration of intestinal epithelial cells by cytotoxic activity and cytokines they produced. It has beensuggested that iIELs may contribute to the occurrence and development of inflammatory bowel diseases. |
