| 摘 要： | 目的探讨3，4-亚甲基二氧基甲基苯丙胺(MDMA)诱导大鼠神经元凋亡与细胞色素C(Cyt C)的表达。方法MDMA对照组采用生理盐水，用TUNEL法检测神经元凋亡，免疫组织化学方法检测CytC的表达。结果给予MDMA后，大鼠各脑区有凋亡细胞形成，Cyt C有不同程度的表达。结论MDMA可导致神经元的凋亡，并诱导凋亡相关因子Cyt C的表达。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To explore the neuron apoptosis and the expression of cytochrome C (Cyt C) induced by MDMA. METHODS Control group(A) and experimental group(B, C, D) were established. Rats in group B,C,D were injected ip with MDMA, wihile group A were injected with saline. Neuron apoptosis were measured by TUNEL, and the expression of Cyt C were detected by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS Apoptosis neurons were detected post-treatment of MDMA. Expression of Cyt C was observed at different levels. CONCLUSION MDMA could cause neurons deficits by inducing apoptosis. Cyt C may be involved in the progress of apoptosis. |
