医院的人力资源管理的现状与思考

目的：探讨医院人力资源现状,强化管理人员对人力资源的合理配置、使用和管理,适应医院可持续发展的需求。方法：分析目前医院人力资源管理方面的现状。结果：目前医院人力资源管理认识不够、体制僵化、用人机制不科学,需要加快医疗体制改革,形成完善的人力资源管理模式。结论：科学、合理地利用人力资源,使医院增加可持续发展的动力。

Current status and thinking of human resource management in hospital

Objective： To investigate the status of the hospital human resources, strengthen management of the rational allocation of human resources, use and management, sustainable development needs to adapt to the hospital. Methods： To analyze the current human resource management in the hospital situation. Results： Understanding of the current human resource management was insufficient, the institation was nigid, employment mechanism was unscientific, and need to speed up health care reform, creat a sound human resources management. Conclusion： Scientific and rational use of human resources, health care reform and the market response to the economic development of the hospital to increase sustainable development.
