可吸收螺钉内固定术治疗足踝部骨折的临床观察

目的：探讨可吸收螺钉在治疗足踝部骨折中的应用。方法：本科2006年6月～2010年11月治疗20例足踝部骨折患者,行切开复位可吸收螺钉内固定术。结果：术后随访3个月～4年,平均2年4个月。根据美国足踝外科协会（AOFAS）制定的踝与后足功能评分,优15例,良4例,可0例,差1例,优良率达95%。结论：可吸收螺钉治疗足踝部骨折,具有良好的内固定特性与组织相容性,吸收完全,能早期进行功能锻炼,避免了再次手术的痛苦。

Absorbable screw fixation of ankle fractures observed

Objective： To investigate the absorbable screws in the treatment of foot and ankle fractures. Methods： Since June 2006 to November 2010, there were 20 cases of ankle fractures be treated in our hospital, and were be opened reduction and internal fixation with absorbable screws. Results： There were followed up for 3 months to 4 years, 4 months on average 2 years. According to the ankle hindfoot score of American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society Score, there were excellent in 15 cases, good in 4 cases, fair in 0 cases, poor in 1 case. Conclusion： The treatment of ankle and foot absorbable screw fracture fixation with good characteristics and biocompatibility, absorption completely, to the early functional exercise to avoid the pain of surgery again.
