| 摘 要： | 目的：建立龙胆中龙胆苦苷的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法,其中色谱柱为Techpshere ODS C18（250×4.6mm,5μm）,（流动相：甲醇：水=25：75）,流速：1.0ml/L;检测波长：270nm;进样量为5.0μl,柱温为室温。结果：龙胆苦苷在0.2～1.0mg/ml之间线性关系良好,线性回归方程为Y=304.95X-17.886,r=0.9997;测得的龙胆中龙胆苦苷的回收率为99.28%,RSD为1.01%。结论：该方法操作简单,且分离效果好,检测的灵敏度高,重现性好,可以作为测定龙胆中龙胆苦苷含量的检测方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a HPLC method for the Gentiopicroside gentian chromatographic.Methods：Used HPLC method,in which column was Techpshere ODS C18（250×4.6 mm,5 μm）,（mobile phase：methanol：water=25：75）,flow rate：1.0 ml/L;detection wavelength：270 nm;injection volume：5.0 μl,Nm.Results：Gentiopicrin 0.2～1.0 mg/ml good linear relationship between the linear regression equation was Y=304.95X-17.886,r=0.9997;measured gentian recovery Gentiopicroside was 99.12%,RSD was 1.01%.Conclusion：The method is simple,and good separation,detection sensitivity,reproducibility,and can be used to determine the content of gentian gentiopicroside detection method. |
