腹股沟疝无张力修补术后复发再手术方法研究

目的：研究腹股沟疝无张力修补术后复发的主要原因及再手术方法。方法：对1998年6月～2010年6月的10例腹股沟疝无张力修补术后复发再手术患者的手术方法进行总结分析。结果：10例患者在再手术中都有不同程度的网片位移,再次手术均以网片行无张力修补,术后随访6个月～5年无复发。结论：操作技术与腹股沟疝无张力修补术后复发有密切关系,对腹股沟疝无张力修补术后复发患者行再次的无张力修补术,效果良好。

Research on surgical method of tension-free repair of inguinal hernia recurrence

Objective：To research the main reason and further surgical of tension-free repair of inguinal hernia.Methods：Reviewed and analyzed 10 patients＇ further surgical of tension-free repair of inguinal hernia from June 1998 to June 2010.Results：In the process of further surgical,find different levels of mesh displacement and use mesh for further surgical.The patients were followed up for six months to five years,no recurrence.Conelusion：There is close contact between operating techniques and recurrence.The effect of tension-free repair in further surgical is good.
