肝门胆管癌肝叶切除联合肝动脉切除临床分析

目的：分析肝叶切除联合肝动脉切除的临床治疗效果。方法：选取本院2008年6月～2009年6月接诊的37例肝动脉受侵犯的肝门部胆管癌患者,对其进行肝叶切除联合肝动脉切除手术。结果：37例实施根治性切除手术的患者,35例术后20d出院,未出现胆漏,无复发;2例患者手术后20d肝功能恢复情况不是很好,出现胆漏、肝坏死等症状。结论：肝叶切除联合肝动脉切除临床治疗效果显著。

Hilar hepatectomy clinical analysis of hepatic artery resection

Objective：To analyze the hepatic resection and hepatic artery resection clinical effect.Methods：The hospital in June 2008 to June 2009 37 cases of hepatic artery admissions violations in patients with hilar cholangiocarcinoma,its hepatectomy hepatic artery surgery.Results：37 patients in patients with curative resection,35 patients were discharged after 20 days,bile leakage does not appear,no recurrence;2 cases of liver function 20 days after surgery recovery was not very good,there bile leakage,liver necrosis symptoms.Conclusion：The resection of hepatic resection and hepatic artery clinical effect is remarkable.
