| 摘 要： | 目的：研究大剂量激素联合中药治疗外伤性视神经病变的疗效。方法：将本院2008年6月～2009年6月接诊的30例外伤性视神经病变患者随机分组，实验组采用大剂量激素联合中药治疗，参照组采用大剂量激素治疗，观察两组患者的疗效。结果：实验组的视力增进患者多于参照组，且实验组的激素副作用小于参照组。结论：大剂量激素联合中药治疗外伤性视神经病变有较好的疗效，并能显著减少激素的副作用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the high dose of hormones combined with traditional Chinese treatment of traumatic optic nerve lesion. Methods： The hospital in June 2008 to June 2009 admissions of 30 cases of traumatic optic neuropathy were randomized in the experimental group using a large dose of hormone therapy combined with traditional Chinese, reference group using a large dose of hormone therapy, the patients were observed effect. Results： The experimental group patients than in the reference group to enhance visual acuity, and the side effects of the experimental group of hormones was less than the reference group. Conclusion：. The combined high-dose hormone treatment of traumatic optic neuropathy in Chinese medicine has a good effect, and can significantly reduce the side effects of hormones. |
