36例老年类风湿关节炎临床特点探讨

目的：探讨老年类风湿关节炎临床特点。方法：对36例老年组类风湿关节炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析．并与50例非老年组类风湿性关节炎患者的资料进行对比分析及总结。结果：两组比较可见，老年组类风湿关节炎患者男性多见（两组比较差异具有统计学意义，P〈0．05），多首发于大关节，关节外表现主要为肺间质病变。两组患者在首发膝肩关节、晨僵时间、肺间质病变等多方面比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：老年类风湿关节炎不同于非老年组，其临床表现多样且病变程度严重，应引起足够的重视。

To explore the clinical characteristics of 36 cases of the elderly rheumatoid arthritis

Objective： To explore the clinical characteristics of the elderly rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： 36 cases of the elderly groups of rheumatoid arthritis in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and 50 cases of non-elderly groups of rheumatoid arthritis in patients with data were comparative analyzed and summarized. Results： With two groups, could be seen that the elderly groups of rheumatoid arthritis were more common in men .（ There was a significant difference between the two groups, P〈0.05）, and more starting in the large joints, extra-articular manifestations mainly for interstitial lung lesions. Compared two groups with aspects of the starting knee shoulder, morning stiffness time, interstitial lung lesions, the difference had statistics significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The elderly groups of rheumatoid arthritis is different from the non-elderly groups, which manifestation is diverse, and the pathological change degree is serious, should bring to the enough attention.
