康复护理对面部烧伤后瘢痕增生患者的影响

目的：探讨康复护理在面部瘢痕增生患者中的疗效。方法：将2008年3月～2009年12月收治的154例面部烧伤后瘢痕增生患者,随机抽取96例分为两组：对照组44例,采用瘢痕膏涂抹于患处,而治疗组52例,在一般护理基础上使用中草药蒸汽喷雾和面膜护理,比较两组患者疗效。结果：治疗组52例患者,47例有效,5例无效,治疗有效率达90.38%;对照组44例患者,26例有效,18例无效,治疗有效率仅为59.09%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：瘢痕膏治疗面部烧伤后瘢痕增生有一定疗效,但同时配套使用中草药蒸汽喷雾和面膜及按摩康复护理,大大提高了治疗瘢痕增生疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Facial burn scar care and rehabilitation of patients

Objective：To study rehabilitation nursing care of patients in the facial scar positive impact.Methods：To select 154 cases of facial burn scar patients treated in our hospital from March 2008 to December 2009,96 cases were randomly divided into two groups：control group,44 patients with scar cream applied on the affected area,while the treatment group 52 cases on this basis,used herbal steam spray and mask care,patients outcomes were compared.Results：The 52 patients,47 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,treatment efficiency was 90.38%;control group of 44 patients,26 cases were effective,18 cases were ineffective,treatment efficiency was 59.09%,there was significant difference between these two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Scar cream facial burn scar treatment has some effect,but at the same time the use of herbal steam and massage spray and rehabilitation care mask,is greatly improved efficiency in patients with hypertrophic scar,is worthy of clinical application.
