摘    要:目的:探讨连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过(CVVH)在难治性心力衰竭中的应用及疗效。方法:对16例临床确诊难治性心力衰竭患者进行连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过,观察心功能的改善状况。结果:16例患者心功能改善1~2级,临床症状明显改善,平均心率(HR)下降24/min,中心静脉压(CVP)平均下降15cmH2O,左室射血分数(EF)平均上升20%,左室舒张末期直径(LVEDD)平均下降10mm。结论:连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过在治疗难治性心力衰竭中效果显著。

Efficacy of continuous veno - venous hemofiltration (CVVH) in refractory heart failure

Abstract:Objective: To explore the application and evaluation of continuous veno-venous hemofiltration (CVVH) in refractory heart failure. Methods: Adopted on 16 cases confirmed in refractory heart failure patients with continuous veno-venous hemofiltration, observation of cardiac function in improving the situation. Results: There were the average 1-2 grade cardiac function improvement, the clinical symptoms significantly being improved, the average heart rate (HR) being dropped 24 times per minute, the average decline of 15 cmH2O in central venous pressure (CVP), the average increase of 20% in left ventricular ejection fraction (EF), the average decline of 10 mm in left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD). Conclusion: Using continuous veno-venous hemofiltration (CVVH) has affirmative effect on refractory heart failure.
