供应室护士心理健康状况分析及干预对策

目的：了解分析供应室护士的心理健康状况，并提出干预对策。方法：采用症状自评量表（SCL－90）对47名供应室护士进行问卷调查。结果：47名供应室护士的躯体化症状、强迫症、焦虑、恐怖、抑郁、敌对以及人际关系敏感等因子评分均明显高于国内常模评分（P〈0．01，P〈0．05）。结论：供应室护士的心理健康状况不佳，应积极采取针对性干预措施为之减压，保持供应室护士身心健康的同时提高供应室工作效率，保证工作质量。

Supply room nurse mental health status analysis and intervention measures

Objective： Understood and analyzed of supply room nurse＇s mental health, and put forward countermeasure interventions. Methods： To survey the suply rooms nurse using self-evaluation question naire. Results： The Results of 47 nurse symptoms of self-evaluation questionnaire survey at supply room were as follows： 47 supply room nurse had body disorder, anxiety, depression, and the terrorists and hostile sensitive interpersonal relationship factors points these were significantly higher than domestic normal score （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Supply room nurses were in poor mental health status, targeted measures should be taken actively to reduce their pressures, keep supply room nurses healthy of both their body and mind, in the meantime, their working efficiency will surely be improved, and the quality of their work will be guaranteed too.
