氨溴特罗口服液佐治毛细支气管炎临床观察

目的：分析评价氨溴特罗口服液对毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法：2008年11月－2010年4月住院毛细支气管炎患儿共70列，按住院先后顺序随机分为两组：对照组35例，治疗组35例。两组均采用抗感染、平喘等治疗，治疗组加用氨溴特罗口服液，两组均评价比较肺部哕音消失时间、住院天数及治愈率。结果：氨溴特罗口服液使治疗组肺部哕音消失时间及住院日缩短、治愈率提高均优于对照组，P〈0．05。结论：氨溴特罗口服液治疗毛细支气管炎方面安全有效。
