系统化护理干预在乳腺癌患者癌因性疲乏中的价值分析

目的：探讨系统化护理干预对乳腺癌患者癌因性疲乏的影响。方法：选取本院2009年1月～2010年10月收治的100例乳腺癌患者,平均分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用系统化的护理干预进行癌因性疲乏护理,对照组采用癌症常规护理。对比护理前后乳腺癌患者的癌因性疲乏程度,进行统计学分析。结果：进行系统化的护理干预对患者进行护理后,乳腺癌患者的癌因性疲乏程度明显降低,而常规化的护理对患者隐形疲乏程度无显著影响。结论：采用系统化护理干预手段对乳腺癌患者癌因性疲乏进行护理,可有效降低患者的癌因性疲乏程度,提高患者的生活质量,保证患者有良好的疗养基础。

Analysis the value of systematic nursing intervention in the patients with breast cancer related fatigue

Objective： To discuss the value of systematic nursing intervention in the patients with breast cancer related fatigue. Methods： Selected 100 breast cancer patients between 2009 January to 2010 october treated in our hospital, divided them into experimental and control groups, used the means of systematic nursing intervention nursing cancer related fatigue for the experimental group, used the means of routine care for the control group. Compared before and after care of cancer patients with breast cancer related fatigue levels, and did the statistical analysis. Results： Breast cancer related fatigue levels were significantly reduced by systematic nursing intervention, but the breast cancer related fatigue levels were not significant effect by routine care. Conclusion： Using the means of systematic nursing intervention nursing cancer related fatigue can effectively reduce fatigue in patients with cancer because of the extent, improve the quality of life of patients, ensure that patients have a good basis for convalescence.
