72例重症颅脑损伤的临床分析

目的：探讨重症颅脑损伤的临床救治措施。方法：回顾性分析2007年3月～2010年3月本院所收治的72例重症颅脑损伤患者的临床救治资料。结果：本组72例患者治疗后,良好31例,中残20例,重残8例,植物生存3例,死亡10例,恢复良好率为70.8%,死亡率为13.9%。结论：做好重症颅脑损伤患者的急诊处理是挽救患者生命的重要环节。在明确诊断的基础上,根据患者的具体情况给予保守治疗和手术治疗,同时积极预防并发症,是提高患者的临床治疗效果、改善预后的关键。

Clinical analysis of 72 patients with severe craniocerebral injury

Objective：To explore the clinical treatment of severe craniocerebral injury measures.Methods：Clinical treatment material of 72 cases of severe head injury patients was retrospective analyzed from March 2007 to March 2010.Results：All 72 patients after treatment,good in 31 cases,residual in 20 patients,severe disabilities in 8 cases,plant survival in 3 cases,death in 10 cases,good recovery rate and mortality was 70.8%,13.9%.Conclusion：Patients with severe craniocerebral injury completes the emergency treatment is to save the patient life important segment.In the diagnosis of foundation,according to the specific condition of patients to conservative treatment and surgical treatment,simultaneously positively prevent complications,it is the key to improve the patient＇s clinical treatment effect,improve the prognosis.
