胸腔置管引流治疗结核性胸膜炎126例临床分析

目的：探讨和评价胸腔置管引流及胸腔内给药治疗结核性胸膜炎的疗效和价值。方法：在全身抗结核治疗基础上,治疗组126例结核性渗出性胸膜炎患者,采用胸腔内置管持续引流及胸腔内给药方法,对照组120例结核性渗出性胸膜炎患者,每次B超定位后胸腔穿刺,每周1～2次,每次抽尽胸腔积液后胸腔内注入药物。结果：治疗组完全好转98例,占77.78%,有效率为98.41%,对照组完全好转71例,占59.17%,有效率为90%。结论：胸腔置管引流及胸腔内给药治疗结核性胸膜炎操作简单、安全,有效率高,值得临床广泛推广应用。

The clinical analysis of persistently pleural drainage with catheterization to treat tuberculosis pleuritis in 126 cases

Objective：To investigate and evaluate clinical effect of catheterization indwelling persistent thoracic drainage combined with thoracic cavity perfusion with anti-tuberculosis to treat tuberculosis pleuritis.Methods：On the base of normal treatment,in treatment group 126 patients with tuberculosis pleuritis were treated with persistent thoracic drainage combined with thoracic cavity perfusion;in control group 120 patients with tuberculosis pleuritis were performed with pleurocentesis under the guidance of B-ultrasound once or twice weekly,with administration of anti-tuberculosis following pleurocentesis.Results：98 cases in treatment group,fully recovered,accounting for 77.78%,effective rate was 98.41%,71 cases in control group fully recovered,accounting for 59.17%,the effective rate was 90%.Conclusion：The method of persistent thoracic drainage combined with thoracic cavity perfusion of anti-tuberculosis is not only with significant clinical ef fect,but also simply in performing,so it is worthy to be popularized.
