| 摘 要： | 目的：观察闭式引流腔内注射卡铂并利尿剂治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效。方法：将43例恶性胸腔积液患者分为两组,对照组10例,治疗组33例。两组在采用闭式引流的基础上,对照组主要采用博莱霉素胸腔注射治疗,治疗组主要用卡铂和呋塞米胸腔注射治疗。结果：治疗组治愈28例,好转3例,2例无效,治疗组总体疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）,其有效率高达93.9%。结论：应用闭式引流腔内注射卡铂并利尿剂治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效较为满意。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effect of closed drainage cavity injection of carboplatin and diuretic in treatment of patients with malignant pleural effusion.Methods：43 patients with malignant pleural effusion were divided into two groups,The control group 10 cases,33 cases in treatment group.Two groups on the basis of closed drainage,the control group mainly adopts bleomycin injected to thoracic cavity,in treatment group carboplatin and furosemide were injected to thoracic cavity.Results：In treatment group,28 cases were cured,3 cases improved,2 cases were ineffective,the overall efficacy of control group was better than control group （P0.05）,effective rate was 93.9%.Conclusion：The effect of closed drainage cavity injection of carboplatin and diuretic in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion is satisfied. |
