特殊类型异位妊娠腹腔镜手术的临床分析

目的:探讨腹腔镜在特殊类型异位妊娠治疗中的临床价值。方法:对319例腹腔镜下不同类型异位妊娠(其中特殊类型33例)手术治疗的病人进行回顾性分析。结果:319例异位妊娠患者,317例康复出院,2例术后出现持续性异位妊娠,成功率为99.37%。33例特殊类型异位妊娠均在腹腔镜下完成手术,无1例中转开腹,结论:在设备完善、技术熟练和准备充分的基础上,可对各种特殊类型异位妊娠试行腹腔镜手术。

Laparoscopic surgery in patients with specific type of ectopic pregnancy

Objective:To evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of specific type of ectopic pregnancy.Methods: 319 cases of different types of ectopic pregnancy(33 cases of specific type) treated by laparoscopic surgical procedures were analyzed retrospectively.Results:In this study,317 cases underwent laparoscopic operations successfully,and 2 cases had persistent ectopic pregnancy after laparoscopic surgery.The success rate of laparoscopic surgery was 99.37%.All of the 33 cases of exceptional ectopic pregnancy were cured after laparoscopic procedures without conversion to laparotomy.Conclusion: Laparoscopic surgery can be performed tentatively in specific type of ectopic pregnancy on the basis of advanced equipment,skilled technique and sufficient preoperative preparation.
