CPD血液保养液对抗-HIV ELISA实验结果的影响

摘要] 目的 探讨CPD血液保养液（以下简称CPD）对抗-HIV ELISA实验结果的影响，评估辫血复检的可行性。方法 用CPD对三种不同浓度抗-HIV阳性血清进行梯度稀释，模拟辫血被CPD稀释的情况，用ELISA方法进行平行实验。结果 各实验组S/CO值均随CPD的量增加而逐渐变少，各实验组阳性物浓度每下降10%，S/CO值就有极显著性降低（P＜0.01）。 结论 即使混入少量的CPD，也会对抗-HIV ELISA实验结果有极显著影响。采用血清标本与辫血同时做复检的模式会现两种标本ELISA实验结果不一致的情况。

The influence of CPD on anti-HIV ElISA

Abstract] objective To investigate the influence of CPD whole blood preservatives (hereinafter referred to the CPD )on results of anti-HIV ELISA, assess the value of retest using blood sample in infusion line. Methods CPD on three different concentrations of anti-HIV-positive serum dilution gradient simulated braided maintenance of blood was diluted.Results S / CO values of the experimental group decrease with the maintenance of liquid gradually increase, the concentration of the experimental group were each down 10%,S/CO values are significantly lower (P <0.01).Conclusion Mixed with a small amount of maintenance will significantly afluence the anti-HIV ELISA results. Using blood serum samples and the braided at the same time do recheck the model will have two inconsistencies ELISA results.
