粘附分子在鼻息肉中的表达

摘    要:目的:探讨三种粘附分子ICAM-1(细胞间粘附分子-1)、VCAM-1(血管细胞粘附分子-1)和E-selectin(E-选择素)在鼻息肉中的表达与意义.方法:SABC法免疫组化染色检测25例鼻息肉标本和9例中鼻甲粘膜标本ICAM-1、VCAM-1、E-selectin并HE染色,光镜观察.结果:鼻息肉中大量嗜酸性粒细胞浸润.三种粘附分子在鼻息肉中均显著高表达.相关性分析发现三种粘附分子在血管内皮上的表达和在间质及浸润炎症细胞上表达呈正相关.鼻息肉中ICAM-1和VCAM-1在血管内皮上的表达显著正相关.结论:三种粘附分子在鼻息肉中高表达,且均可表达于血管内皮、间质及浸润炎症细胞.在EOS等炎症细胞附壁浸润活化时它们可能作用极为重要,且可能协同作用,参与了鼻息肉的发病过程.

Expression of adhesion molecules in nasal polyps

Abstract:Objective:To study expression and significance of intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1),vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1) and E-selectin in nasal polyps.Methods:Expression of three adhesion molecules in nasal polyps from 25 patients and in middle turbinates mucosa from 9 volunteers with deviation of nasal septum was measured with immunohistochemistry.All samples were also studied by HE stain and observed under optical microscope.Results:Abundant eosinophils(EOS) were observed in nasal polyps.Expression of three adhension molecules in nasal polyps upgrade significantly.There is a positive correlation between the expression in the vascular endothelium and in the matrix of nasal polyps.The statistical analysis also shows such a correlation between the expression of ICAM-1 and of VCAM-1 in the vascular endothelium of nasal polyps.Conclusion:In nasal polyps expression of these adhesion molecules increases significantly.They can express in the vascular endothelium and the matrix.They may play a key role in the chronic inflammation procedure with inflammatory cells to attach to the vascular wall,to migrate into the matrix,and to be activated.They may perform synergistic action to take part in the whole process of nasal polyps.
