| 摘 要： | 医学科技创新会促进医院管理观念、管理方法与管理组织等发生变革;而创新型管理观念的培育、创新型管理方法的实施和创新型管理组织的构建又会反过来极大地激励医学科技创新。两者之间存在着一种内在的相辅相成、相互促进的关系,促进它们之间良性循环的形成是现代医院管理的重要目标。

| Abstract: | The Innovation of medical science and technology can promote reforms in conceptions, methods , and organizations of administration. In return, cultivation of innovative conceptions, application of innovative methods, and construction of innovative organizations can greatly spur innovation in medical science and technology. There is an inner relationship between innovation in medical science and technology and administrative reforms of hospitals, which can make both of them supplement and promote each other. It is the important aim for modern hospital administration to promote the formation of the good cycle between them. |
