| 摘 要： | 目的分析596例医院住院患者手术并发症的发生情况和相关因素,探讨手术并发症的防范措施。方法应用回顾性调查研究方法对某三级甲等医院2003-01-01～2006-05-31出院的外科手术患者手术并发症进行调查分析。以手术并发症发生科室和内容为切入点进行分析。结果54286例外科手术患者中596例发生手术并发症,手术并发症率为1.10%。结论手术并发症率是反映医院医疗质量的一项重要指标。遵循医疗工作的客观规律,制定和落实手术并发症防范措施,可以有效降低手术并发症率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the related factors of complications among inpatients,to explore the countermeasures of complications.Methods 54 286 cases from a first-line hospital were retrospectively investigated,who suffered from complications.Results 596 cases suffered from complications(1.10%).Conclusion The morbidity rate of complications is an indicator of service quality of the hospital.The effective way of reducing the morbidity rate of complications is to treat the patients according to the principles of the diease,to abide by the clinical criterions. |
