| 摘 要： | 本文报道２０例经病理证实的血管瘤病，它们的Ｘ线表现不全相同，甚至可出现相反的改变（如某些患骨增粗，增长，某些又萎缩变细或缩短），某些病变主要累及髓腔而某些又以骨膜改变为主；软组织的表现也可不同。结合文献，着重讨论了血管瘤病Ｘ线改变的发病机理及与某此疾病的鉴别。

| Abstract: | Twenty cases of hemangiomatosis confirmed pathologically are presented.Their X-ray manifestations are not all the same, and even reverse(such as some bones show gross increase, others show atrophy or shorten). Some hemangiomatosis show main injury in the marrow cavity, and others in the periosteum,soft tissue may show differences too. Based on literature, it is emphasized on the discussion about its pathogenesis of X-ray manifestations as well as differentiation will some diSeases. |
