| 摘 要： | 本文借助免疫细胞化学,用光镜和电镜观察了生长抑素样免疫反应在大白鼠交感神经节的分布。结果证明:生长抑素样免疫反应产物在光镜下定位于颈上神经节和腹腔神经节主细胞核周质,前者阳性细胞占主细胞总数的23.3％,后者占37.5％。电镜下定位于颈上神经节主细胞核周质粗面内质网、线粒体外膜、突触囊泡周围和毛细血管内皮细胞浆内。

| Abstract: | The distribution of somatostatin-like immunoreaction in sympathetic ganglia of the rat has been studied by means of immunocytochemical (PAP) method with light and electron microscopy. The results showed that the somatostatin like immunoreactive products exist in the perikarya of principal neurons of the superior cervical ganglion and coeliac ganglion. Somatostatin-positive cell were 23.3% of all principal-cells in the former and 37.5% in the latter. Under elec tron microscopy immunoreactive products located at rough endoplasmic reticulum of perikarya, mitochondria membrane, around the membrane of the synaptic vesicles of the principal cells and in the cytoplasm of endothelium of capillaries. |
