| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨舒适护理在肾移植手术病人围术期中的应用效果。[方法]将80例肾移植手术病人随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,观察组病人围术期给予舒适护理,对照组病人围术期给予常规护理。[结果]观察组病人血压及心率比对照组平稳、焦虑程度及术后不良反应发生率低于对照组、对手术的满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。[结论]舒适护理应用于肾移植病人围术期中使病人的生命体征相对平稳,可明显缓解病人对手术的焦虑情绪及提高病人对手术满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective：To probe into the applied effect of comfortable nursing in patients undergoing kidney transplant. Methods. A total of 80 patients undergoing kidney transplant were divided into control group and experimental group,40 cases in each, the control group patients received perioperative routine care, and the experimental group patients were given perioperative comfortable care. Results：Patient＇s blood pressure and heart rate in observation group were more stable than that of control group, anxiety level and incidence of postoperative adverse reactions were lower and the surgical satisfaction was higher, the difference was statistically significant （P（0.05）. Conclusion： Comfort care applied for renal transplant patients in perioperative period makes patients＇ vital signs relatively stable,can significantly relieve patients＇ anxiety with surgery and improve patients＇ satisfaction. |
