慢性粒细胞白血病并假性低血糖8例临床分析

目的:通过分析慢性粒细胞白血病合并假性低血糖8例患者不同阶段血糖,探讨其发生原因。方法:对8例患者采用生化分析仪检测空腹血糖及罗氏血糖仪测定指尖血糖。结果:随白细胞计数下降其血糖值恢复正常,二者存在负相关。结论:外周血白细胞计数于假性低血糖发生有关,此外环境温度、标本留置时间及动静脉血差异都可能与此现象有关,应结合临床分析。

Discussion on causes of chronic myelogenous leukemia with pseudohypoglycemia

Objective To investigate the causes of chronic myelogenous leukemia with pseudohypoglycemia in the way of determining different stages of glucose in 8 cases of patients.Method Fasting blood glucose with the dry type biochemistry analyzer and fingertip blood glucose with glucometer of 8 patients were measured.Results The blood glucose levels returned to normal with the decreasing of the white blood cell count,the two had negative correlation.Conclusion Peripheral white blood cell count had some effects on pseudohypoglycemia,environment temperature,indwelling time of specimens and arteriovenous blood differences may also be related to this phenomenon in addition,they should be analyzed with clinical works.
