摘    要:[目的]观察心理护理及健康教育应用于全喉切除术病人的临床效果。[方法]将88例全喉切除术病人随机分为实验组和对照组各44例,对照组病人实施常规护理,实验组病人在常规护理的基础上给予心理护理及健康教育,比较两组病人术后并发症发生率、住院时间及出院时对护理的满意度。[结果]实验组病人术后并发症发生率低于对照组、住院时间短于对照组、对护理的满意度高于对照组(P均<0.05)。[结论]心理护理及健康教育应用于全喉切除术病人能有效减少术后并发症、缩短住院时间、提高病人对护理的满意度。

Abstract:Objective: To observe clinical effect of mental nursing care and health education applied for patients undergoing total laryngectomy. Meth- ods:A total of 88 cases of patients undergoing total laryngectomy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 44 cases in each,control group patients received routine care,on the basis of routine care, experimental group patients were given psychological care and health education, then to compare incidence of postoperative complications ,length of stay and patients~ satisfaction to care when discharging. Results: inci- dence of postoperative complications of the experimental group patients was lower than that of control group patients,length of stay was shorter and patients'satisfaction to care was better (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Psy- chological care and health education applied for patients undergoing total laryngectomy can not only reduce postoperative complications and shorten length of stay but also enhance patients' satisfaction to nursing care.
