会阴侧切全层缝合2000例的临床体会

目的:分析会阴侧切全层缝术的临床应用体会。方法:选取行会阴侧切全层缝合的产妇2 000例,并随机选取行分层缝合的产妇2 000例,分别为观察组与对照组,对两组手术基本情况、术后会阴疼痛情况以及不良情况发生率分别比较分析。结果:观察组在缝合时间、愈合时间、住院天数以及缝合费用上均明显要少;观察组术后出现会阴疼痛的患者比率为28.7%,对照组为56.8%;观察组不良情况总发生率为1.5%,对照组为6.2%;观察组整体手术效果更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:会阴侧切全层缝合术具整体效果理想,术后不良情况发生率低,值得临床推广。

Clinical experience on perineum side cut and full-thickness suture surgery with 2000 patients

Objective To analyze the clinical application experience of perineum side cut and full-thickness suture surgery.Method We selected 2000 maternity who had perineum side cut and full-thickness suture surgery from January 2008 to June 2012,and selected randomly 2000 maternity who had stratified suture,and defined them as the observation group and the control group respectively.Then we compared the basic operation,postoperative perineal pain and the incidence of adverse conditions of the two groups respectively.Results The suture time,healing time,hospitalization days and suture costs were all less obviously in the observation group,the ratio of patients who had perineal pain of the observation group was 28.7%,and the ratio of the control group was 56.8%;the poor total incidence ratio of the observation group was 1.5%,and the ratio of the control group was 6.2%;the overall operation effect of the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integral effect of perineum side cut and full-thickness suture surgery is ideal,the poor incidence ratio is low after surgery,the it is worthy of clinical promotion
