| 摘 要： | 目的]观察护理干预对脑血管病病人抑郁和焦虑的影响。方法]将108例脑血管病病人随机分为两组,观察组56例,对照组52例,对照组病人采取常规护理,观察组病人在给予常规护理的同时进行护理干预。护理前与护理后8d采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)对两组病人进行临床心理评定。结果]观察组病人护理后SDS和SAS标准分降低且均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]对脑血管病病人在常规护理的同时进行护理干预可改善病人的抑郁和焦虑情绪。

| Abstract: | Objective-To observe influence of nursing intervention on cie- pression and anxiety in patients with cerebrovascular disease. Methods. A total of 108 patients with cerebrovascular disease were divided into obser- vation group （56 cases） and control group （52 cases）,patients in control group were given the conventional care,in addition, patients in observation group were given nursing intervention at the same time. Before nursing and on the eighth day after nursing Self - Rating Depression Scale （SDS） and self - rating anxiety scale （SAS） were used for clinical psychological as- sessment of two groups of patients. Results. The SDS and SAS standard scores of patients in observation group decreased after nursing care, and lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion. traditional care combined with nursing intervention for patients with cerebrovascular dis- ease can improve depression and anxiety in them. |
