术前心理干预护理对甲状腺癌手术效果的评价

目的:探讨手术当天术前心理护理对甲状腺癌手术的意义。方法:设试验组及对照组各45例。对照组由病房护士提供常规的心理护理,试验组除接受常规的心理护理外,术前当天由手术室护士提供有针对性的心理干预。对测得的焦虑值、心率、血压及对手术麻醉相关知识的认知程度进行组间比较。结果:试验组焦虑值、心率、血压显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对手术麻醉相关知识的认知程度也明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室术前再次对患者加强心理干预效果优于常规心理护理,有利于麻醉平稳及手术的顺利进行。

Evaluation of the pre-operation psychological intervention effect of thyroid carcinoma

Objective To probe the effect of pre-operation psychological intervention to the patients with thyroid carcinoma.Method We divided 90 cases of thyroid carcinoma patients into experimental group and control group,each group was 45 cases.The patients in control group were provided regular psychological nursing by the ward nurses,while the ones in experimental group were provided targeted psychological intervention by OR nurses besides regular psychological nursing.Then compared the anxiety value,heart rate and blood pressure of the two groups patients as well as their cognition of operation anesthesia before and after psychological intervention.Results The anxiety value,heart rate and blood pressure of the experimental group were obviously lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),while their cognition of operation anesthesia was obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of pre-operation psychological intervention in OR is superior to the regular psychological nursing,and it also makes anesthesia and surgery successfully.
