试析儿科护理中的风险管理

目的:探讨儿科护理风险管理在儿科护理管理中的应用。方法:通过分析儿科患者护理过程中的护理风险,制定加强安全防护的措施,建立健全管理制度,制定应急预案及流程,建立持续质量改进体系,提高护士的综合素质等方法,规范儿科的护理管理工作。结果:各项医疗护理工作顺利进行,无护理不良安全事件发生,护理满意度从91%提高到98%。结论:儿科护理风险管理能够有效预防和减少风险事件的发生,提高护理质量和患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Analysis on risk management of pediatric nursing

Objective To explore application of the nursing risk management in pediatric nursing management.Method Through the analysis of pediatric patients with nursing process in nursing risk,we developed measures which could enhance the security protection,established a sound management system,developed emergency response plan and process,established the continuous quality improvement system,improved the comprehensive quality of nurses and other methods,normalized pediatric nursing management.Results The health care work carried out smoothly,without nursing adverse safety events,and nursing satisfaction increased from 91% to 98%.Conclusion Pediatric nursing risk management can effectively prevent and reduce risk events,improve nursing quality and patients′ satisfaction,it is worthy of clinical application
