| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨3种不同的抗菌药物方案治疗下呼吸道感染的效果和经济学效果。方法:将129例下呼吸道感染的患者随机分为三组,分别给予左氧氟沙星(A组),阿奇霉素(B组)和阿莫西林钠/舒巴坦钠(C组)治疗10 d,运用成本-效果分析法对3种方案进行分析和评价。结果:A组、B组和C组三组的治疗成本分别为378.5元、657.4元和694.6元,有效率分别为83.7%、86.0%和88.4%,三组的成本-效果比值分别为452.2,764.4和785.7。结论:左氧氟沙星(A组)是治疗下呼吸道感染的最佳方案。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effects and economical effects of three antibacterial agents in the treatments of lower respiratory infection.Method 126 patients were selected and divided into 3 groups as levofloxacin group(group A),azithromycin group(group B) and amoxicillin/sulbactam sodium group(group C).The three schemes were analyzed by cost-effectiveness analysis.Results The costs of the three groups were 378.5,657.4 and 694.6.The effective rates of the three groups were 83.7%,86.0% and 88.4%.The cost-effectiveness ratios of the three groups were 452.2,764.4 and 785.7.Conclusion Levofloxacin is the best plan for the treatment of lower respiratory infection |
