| 摘 要： | 目的]观察艾灸治疗腹部术后腹胀的临床疗效。方法]将100例腹部术后腹胀病人随机分为观察组与对照组各50例,观察组予艾灸治疗,对照组予新斯的明肌肉注射。结果]观察组病人治疗总有效率(94%)高于对照组(82%),经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论]艾灸治疗腹部术后腹胀临床疗效确切,效果优于新斯的明肌肉注射。

| Abstract: | Objective. To observe the clinical effect of Ai Sunburn treatment for abdominal distention in patients after abdominal surgery. Methods. A total of 100 cases of distention patients after abdominal surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 patients in each; observation group patients were given Ai Sunburn treatment, control group patients were given intramuscular injection of neostigmine. Results. Total effective rate of treatment of observation group patients （94%） was higher than that of control group （82%）,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclu- sion：Clinical effect of Ai Sunburn treatment for abdominal distention in patients after abdominal surgery is precise,and is better than neostigmine intramuscularly. |
