冰片芒硝外敷治疗前庭大腺脓肿的效果观察

[目的]观察中药冰片加芒硝治疗前庭大腺脓肿的效果。[方法]将40例前庭大腺脓肿病人随机分为实验组和对照组各20例。实验组采用冰片加芒硝外敷患处,红外线照射,对照组用50%硫酸镁湿敷患处,红外线照射,比较两组病人的疗效。[结果]实验组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中药冰片加芒硝外敷治疗前庭大腺脓肿效果优于50%硫酸镁湿敷。

Observation on effect of external application with borneol plus glauber for treatment of patients with bartholin abscess

Objective：To observe effect of borneol plus glauber for treatment of patients with bartholin abscess. Methods：A total of 40 cases of patients with bartholin abscess were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 20 cases in each. Experimental group patients received external applica- tion with borneol plus glauber and infrared radiation in affected part,the con- trol group patients received wet compress with 50~ magnesium sulfate and in- frared radiation in affected area, then to compare the curative effect of two groups of patients. Results：The efficiency of treatment in experimental group was higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The effect of external application with bor- neo1 plus glauber for treatment of patients with bartholin abscess is better than that of wet compress with 50% magnesium sulfate.
