眼底荧光造影患者护理安全管理的探讨

目的:探讨眼底荧光造影患者的护理安全管理情况。方法:将眼底荧光造影患者依据护理方式不同分为观察组(护理安全管理组)80例和对照组(常规护理组)80例,进行检查后比较分析。结果:观察组患者不安全事件发生情况明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性地做好各项安全防范工作,能成功降低不良反应的发生率,减少安全隐患,减少医疗纠纷的发生,保障检查的顺利进行和患者安全。

Discussion of nursing safety management of patients with fundus fluorescein angiography

Objective To investigate the nursing safety management situation of patients with fundus fluorescein angiography.Method We took effective nursing safety management measures according to the risk factors,and divided the patients who had fundus fluorescein angiography into the observation group(nursing safety management group) and the control group(conventional nursing group) according to different nursing ways.after the examine,we had comparative analysis.Results Rate of unsafe incidence in the observation group was obviously superior to the control group,the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion If we do all the safety protection purposefully,we can be managed to reduce the incidence of adverse events,reduce potential safety problems,reduce the occurrence of medical disputes,and make sure the security check smoothly and patient safety.
