功能性便秘心理行为干预的研究进展

综述精神心理异常与功能性便秘(FC)的关系、FC病人心理行为干预的作用机制及FC病人的心理行为干预治疗情况,认为心理行为干预对FC治疗效果有一定的积极作用,但干预措施及疗效判断的方法尚未统一,值得我们尝试新的方法,且心理行为干预对FC疗效改善的机制还未阐明,也值得开展深入的研究和探讨。

Research progress on psychological and behavioral intervention on patients with functional constipation

It reviewed the relationship between abnormal psychological status and functional constipation （FC）, mechanism of action of psychological and be- havioral intervention for FC patients and psychological and behavioral interven- tion treatment for them. And it thought psychological and behavioral interven- tion played a positive role in curative effect of FC patients, but interventions and curative effect judgment methods have not been uniform, so it is worth try- ing new methods. The mechanisms of psychological and behavioral interven- tions had not been elucidated for improving curative effect of FC patients and it＇s worth in- depth study and exploration.
