快速血糖仪与生化分析仪测定血糖结果比较

目的:探讨采血部位及检测方法不同测定血糖值是否有差异。方法:应用爱康生物技术有限公司艾科.精益血糖仪测定末梢血,同时用中生北控生物科技股份有限公司SINNOWA DS-261生化分析仪测定静脉血糖。结果:快速血糖仪测定血糖结果为(9.93±4.6)mmol/L,与生化分析仪测定的血糖结果(10.12±4.4)mmol/L之间差异无显著统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:快速血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪检测结果相近,可以用于糖尿病患者血糖的监测。

Comparision of blood glucose results by using fast blood glucose meter and biochemical analyzer
