| 摘 要： | 目的]观察两种胃管固定方法对鼻压疮的影响。方法]将留置胃管的300例病人随机分为观察组和对照组各150例,对照组采用传统固定法,观察组采用改良固定法,观察两组病人鼻黏膜局部受压情况。结果]观察组病人鼻压疮发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]对长时间留置胃管的病人运用改良胃管固定方法能有效降低鼻压疮发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe influence of two kinds of gastric tube fixa- tion methods on nasal pressure sores. Methods：A total of 300 patients who with indwelling gastric tube were randomly divided into observation group and control group,150 cases in each. Control group patients used traditional fixed method, observation group patients used improved fixation, the local compression in nasal mucosa of patients were observed. Results：The incidence of nasal pressure ulcer in observation group patients was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Improved gastric tube fixation method can effectively reduce the incidence of nasal pressure sores in patients with longtime of indwelling gastric tube. |
