| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨护理干预对产后出血产妇焦虑、抑郁心理的影响。方法]将100例产后出血产妇随机分为观察组与对照组各50例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上进行综合护理干预,在干预前后采用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评价两组产妇的焦虑及抑郁情况并进行比较。结果]干预后观察组产妇SAS和SDS评分低于对照组、焦虑与抑郁发生率低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论]对产后出血产妇实施护理干预可明显改善其焦虑和抑郁心理。

| Abstract: | Objective： To probe into influence of nursing intervention on anxiety and depression in maternal with postpartum hemorrhage. Methods： A total of 100 cases of maternal with postpartum hemorrhage were ran- domly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each, the control group patients received conventional care, besides that the ob- servation group patients received comprehensive nursing intervention. Zung Self- rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self - rating depression scale （SDS） were used to evaluate and compare the anxiety and depression in maternal between both groups before and after intervention. Results. SAS and SDS scores of maternal in the observation group after intervention were lower than that of the control group, the incidence of anxiety and depression was lower than that of the control group cases （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： nursing intervention for maternal with postpartum hemorrhage can significantly improve their anxiety and depression. |
