雷公藤主要植物化学成份中毒的实验病理学研究

摘    要:本文报告雷公藤总甙、总萜、总生物碱3种主要植物化学成分急性中毒的实验病理研究。结果显示,从LD_(50)比较,总甙毒性最大,总萜次之,总碱最小。通过光镜和电镜检查,发现总甙组和总萜组病变以淋巴细胞坏死、数目减少和淋巴器官萎缩最为突出;总碱组则肝脏损害较明显。推测总甙和总萜可能是雷公藤生药中起免疫抑制作用的主要有效成分。

Abstract:Acute intoxication was induced in rats by exposure to the three active principles of Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook. According to LD50, the total gly-coside (TG) is the most toxic, the total terpene (TT) less toxic and the total alkaloid (TA) the least toxic. Pathologic changes in. the vital organs were studied by light and electron microscope. It was found that the most striking changes observed in TG and TT groups were necrosis of lymphocytes, decrease in the number of lymphocytes and atrophy of lymph organs, while the damage actions of TA on. the liver were more marked than those of TG and TT. From the above it is suggested that TG and TT are the two active principles of Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook that possess immunosuppressive effect.
