| 摘 要： | 神经生长因子(NGF)是神经营养因子家族的典型代表,为一种碱性蛋白,是神经系统中最重要的生物活性分子之一,有明显的中枢效应。NGF与脑的关系十分密切,不仅可以促进神经元的发育、生长、再生,而且在一些脑疾病、脑损伤的修复治疗过程中发挥重要作用。

| Abstract: | Nerve growth factor is the typical representative of neurotrophic factor family,which has conspicuous effect on nervous system.As a basic protein,NGF is the most important elements of the biological activity in nerve systemNerve growth factor has close relation to brain,it can not only encourage nerve cell in development,growth and regeneration,but also enduces important effect on the reparation and healing process of some brain diseases and injury. |
